I got an eqsl card from a Russian shortwave radio listener. I always enjoy getting reception reports from swl's.

My First Contact With China

 

Yesterday I was operating on 17 meters using FT8, and I made some really nice DX contacts including my first contact from China. BG2ATH gave me a -14 signal report, and as you can tell from the eqsl card above, he has confirmed our contact.

Hoo boy, do I have a heck of a video for you today! Someone was jamming 7200 for most of the day with talk radio from Columbus, Ohio, and Oris, N4SDG, thinks Dave, W8JLS, is the suspect. What you see in this video was part of the heated argument that ensued.

My G-Fest XXII Haul

I got some really nice stuff from the dealers room at this year's G-Fest. I was able to get an Ultra Act Ultraseven figure, a neca Godzilla 1985 figure and various other Godzilla and Ultraman goodies.
